Save thousands compared to Contingent or Retained models (a hybrid of both.) Pay small engagement fee upfront (10% of estimated fee) and the rest once candidate starts.
Ideal for critical searches, an exclusive partnership, with high priority & commitment from both parties. Safeguards employer brand damage from too many agencies & recruiters touching the same prospects.

CONTINGENT OPTION

No commitment, low risk option. Only pay a fee if you hire a candidate we refer. New hire must complete 30 days of employment or we replace for free (same as Retingent.)
Ideal way to try out our services. Like Retingent model, you pay a % of candidate's base salary, but no exclusive partnership or commitment, and no upfront engagement fee. Pay entire fee once candidate starts.
